i've been criticized for for not dealing well with those that disagree with me. and its true. but discord is almost painful for me. this is helpful in software - I can't sleep well when there are known bugs, and elegant software is the result of finding harmony between the various pieces of software. Achieving harmony is not a pain-free process. Elegance is found at the point where the least amount of comprimise takes place.
