Following rails, the web dev world has re-exploded with web development frameworks. TurboGears is another python framework. This one differs from others in that it really is an assembly of existing technologies rather than a complete stack unto itself. My favorite bit is the use of MochiKit with JSON.

Kevin, I have to admit that your screencast was the tnppiig factor in choosing to learn more about TurboGears. I'd glanced at CherryPy and other frameworks and when I saw how quickly you were able to crank out a working application, I thought it was worth checking out.As a total Python neophyte the documentation you've provided along with the strong Python documentation have really gone a long way to making me comfortable in this new environment.Keep up the good work.
